TRAINING PROGRAMS
The knowledge that Phill Dravitski has learned and earned over the years of being involved with industrial painting is second-to-none, and he is keen to pass on the learnings to other people.
The philosophy of the training is that in order for someone to do a good job, first they
a) must have the right tools, and
b) know why they are doing what they are doing.
ICS can tailor a training program to teach and demonstrate the most basic painting task and process to novice people in the painting industry, or more technical training program for the more experienced painter.
Similarly ICS can also tailor a program to serve as a refresher for people in the painting industry.
ICS has put together and delivered training sessions for tower painters to teach the basic knowledge required for tower painting (surface preparation and paint application), and to refresh the knowledge that seasoned tower painters have forgotten.

TRAINING FACILITY
ICS has a training room to facilitate for up to 12 attendees, and also have an option for larger training facility at their offices situated in Waitara.
TRAINING PERSONNEL
PHILL DRAVITSKI is the resident Trainer, with NZQA qualifications as a Level 4 Adult Trainer.
